NEVDIS had planned system maintenance this Sunday morning. However, due to the Queensland government's request, the maintenance has been postponed to accommodate the high volume of emergency payments for those affected by the cyclone and flooding.
We understand that you may have already prepared for the scheduled outage and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time in Queensland.

Our upstream registration data provider in Australia has advised us that they will be undergoing maintenance from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
As a result, the Registration, VIN lookup and associated functionality will be unavailable in AutoGrab and via API for this period. We hope that the timing of the maintenance will minimise any potential business impact, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
